Manage and delete your data

Settings → Connected apps lists every assistant that can reach your trips. Press Disconnect: its access ends at once and it can be connected again later. You can also remove the connection in the assistant itself.

An item an assistant added to a day or wrote into a trip can be undone within 7 days, and its record names the connected app. After that, or for options, decisions, new trips and chat messages, delete the item in the trip like anything you wrote yourself.

Settings → Calendar for agents: set a calendar to Off. The copy of that calendar’s busy times is deleted from our servers at once.

Delete the trip in the app. If it was published, Stop sharing in the Share screen deletes it from our servers with its votes. Items removed from a published trip stay for 30 days in Recently deleted, so you can restore one, and are then deleted for good.

Settings → Account → Delete account. It removes your profile, follows, memberships, votes and the trips you own, together with the calendar copy and every assistant connection. It cannot be undone. Messages you posted to a trip you do not own are removed with your account.

Cannot sign in, or no longer have the app? Email dev@fafutur.com from the address on your account, or send the share link of a published trip, and we will delete it.

Loco does not receive your conversation with an assistant. What the assistant’s company keeps of what Loco returned is governed by that company’s policy and the settings of your account with it; delete it there. The privacy policy has the full statement under “Deleting your data” and “Assistants you connect”.
