Terms of use

What Loco is. A trip-planning app. It keeps the plan; it does not book anything, and it is not a travel agent. Check times, references and cancellation terms against the booking itself before you rely on them.

Your content. The trips you create are yours. By publishing a trip you ask us to host it and to show it to anyone who opens the link you share. You are responsible for whom you give links to and for what you put in a trip.

Acceptable use. Do not use Loco to store or share content that is unlawful, that you have no right to share, or that harms others. We may remove published trips that break this.

Zero tolerance. Loco lets people post moments, reply to them, write in a trip’s chat and keep a public profile. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users: no harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, graphic violence, spam, impersonation or anything unlawful. By using these features you agree to these rules.

Report and block. Every post, reply, chat message and profile has Report in its … menu, and Block for the person who wrote it. Blocking someone hides their posts, replies, chat messages and profile from you, hides your posts and profile from them, and removes follows between you. You can unblock them in Settings → Account → Blocked people.

What we do with a report. We review every report within 24 hours. Content that breaks these rules is removed, and the account that posted it is suspended or deleted. You can also report anything to dev@fafutur.com.

Availability. Loco is provided as is. We aim to keep published trips and share pages available but do not guarantee it; keep the app's own copy (or an export) of anything important.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Fabrique Futur LLC is not liable for missed flights, lost bookings or any indirect loss arising from the use of Loco.

Changes. We may update these terms; the current version is always at this address.
